Anarchy was popular and so were long t-shirts, leggings and tight leather pants. Guys wore make-up and teased their hair and wore those leather spike-heel boots. Girls curled their hair, fell head-over-heels for those rockers on the tv screen. Groupies were everywhere. Rock stars lived the ideal life, everyone wanted to be their friends, everyone wanted to live like them, but the people working behind the scenes could tell you that the rock star life was anything but glamorous. Living behind a mask was easy when you could get your hands on anything you wanted.[/SIZE] [SIZE=20]and the band always got to play[/SIZE] [SIZE=1]Los Angeles was the city of choice, the place where all your demons came alive. It was the place where you could get on a bus for a couple of dimes and blow hundreds of dollars in strip clubs and bars where cocaine and heroin were served on a silver-platter if that was your drug of choice. Los Angeles was where it was at, it was all happening right there in the city of angels. However, Los Angeles could have also been your downfall. Though the party is great and the people love to have fun, Los Angeles gave people the opportunity to do dangerous drugs, exotic drugs that nobody could get anywhere else. People would discover an entirely new side of themselves in Los Angeles, and sometimes, that side of them was not so pleasant.[/SIZE] [SIZE=20]sex, smack, rock and roll, mainline and overdose[/SIZE] [SIZE=1]So, now you're in Los Angeles. It's 1984. Rock stars are everywhere, drugs everywhere, and the party will go wherever you do. No matter how you spend your time there, Los Angeles is the party. You can pour strawberry margaritas down your throat or snort cocaine off of a stripper's thigh in the bathroom. No matter how you choose to spend it, you'll come to Los Angeles with many dreams.
