So decided to start a thread about this. I'm sure all of you are following E3, so we can discuss our reactions and thoughts here. So after watching the Nintendo Confrence I have two things to say. First Golden Sun, my goodness that looks great, loved the first one. And second Met-freaking-roid. It looks amazing, and Team Ninja is making it (Makers of Ninja Gaiden) this is what I'm looking foward to, can't wait.

Alright, so I just watched this cinematic trailer of Star Wars the Old Republic featured at E3, and this is no doubt a huge excitement for the Star Wars franchise. It's made by Bioware, the same company that made KOTOR I and II, possibly the best star wars games ever made, along with Mass Effect, so there's no doubt that this one will be just as good if not better. The graphics are absolutely phenomenal, and from what I saw, the storyline seems very good too |

Yea I loved that trailer, absolutly fantastic. Also Papa have you seen the trailers for ODST and Reach? Who else caught the tech demo for the PS3 motion sensor thing?

Yeah the new star wars game looks good but they probably should have picked a diiferent name than "Old Republic" or should have just made it the 3rd KOTOR. The new Halo:ODST game and Assassins Creed 2 game coming out this fall look awesome. I can't believe that Bungie is already making another game (Halo: Reach). Hopefully it won't be too hard to get into the beta (supposibly its offered in the ODST game). Lol, I bet the multiplayer for the ODST game will just be variations of team swat. I can't imagine you will have much shields. Well I have only been looking at the Microsoft conference at E3 so far and their new motion sensor project, Project Natal, looks interesting. From what I've seen, you can play controller-free games, talk face to face with a friend, interact with an AI (Milo) which recognizes facial expressions and voice tones, paint a picture with hand and voice command, download and watch movies using hand and voice commands, etc. I guess Sony will not be far behind in their motion sensor project. One thing I didn't like about Microsoft's conference was their discussion of the Facebook and Twitter add-ons to XboxLive. I think the voice chat and video chat feature on XboxLive is already suitable. I wish they would allow you to surf the web through XboxLive (which would solve the problem instead of having facebook and twitter add-ons). Edited by lugnut360, Jun 4 2009, 08:29 AM.

I gotta get caught up on whats happening at E3. I havnt seen much that impressed of surprised me yet other then Halo. Where do you guys get your info from? |

Halo: ODST looks very promising. The fact that an ODST is the main character instead of a Spartan opens up a lot of opportunities, but I imagine the game will overall be the same as the regular Halos. What looks very promising is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. gametrailers.com has about 4 videos all of gameplay, and it definitely does not disappoint. Yea just google "E3 2009" and E3's main site will come up. And gametrailers.com has a list of every featured game at E3 and their videos whether it's a teaser or trailer or gameplay. It's worth the visit. Assassins Creed II gameplay looks fantastic as well. Ezio (main character) can do so much more in terms of acrobatics and evasion. |

yea i am definitely looking forward to ODST and assassins creed 2 looks great i am very glad they got rid of the eavesdropping missions and stuff like that cause they just got repetitive. halo reach looks interesting too but what i am wondering is if they will include the other spartans in the game cause in the novel their was more than one on reach when it was destroyed |
