Cool. My bro (papasmurf) has one and can get on the Internet too. I don't think he attempted to post anything though. So what games do you like on it? Papasmurf has Dynasty Warriors, a racing game (forgot the name), and Coded Arms. |

Unfortunetly, there really aren't any new blockbusters coming out for the PSP... other than GTA: Liberty City Stories, which doesn't quite interest me to say the least. If you're into racing, the PSP has a few solid titles to meet your needs, and if you're in to platformers, the new Medievil and Death Jr might keep you occupied (despite their low reviews). Long story short, not too many exciting games out for the PSP... and you'd expect so much more from a console that's got graphics stronger than that of the PS1's. Wow. PSP on the internet, eh? Sony never really advertised that much. It's all about PS2 and PS3, it seems. Sony really needs to advertise PSP more if they want the console to survive it's initial hype. After all, the system itself can perform, now we'd just need the games. So, how does PSP go online? Do you just plug in a USB cord? Eh, doesn't matter... I don't have a PSP.... my PC monitor is huge as it is, anyway. That reminds me... Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is launching in a week or so. In the next few months, we should all get involved and play online wirelessly! But rather than drift off-topic, let's get back to the PSP chatter, shall we?

Lumines is a puzzle game in the same area as tetris. 2x2 squares of 2 colors drop into the field and you have to make 2x2 or larger squares to get rid of them. Catch is there is a line the scrolls across in time with the music(faster song faster line) and the line is what removes the blocks. Making it possible to only remove portions of your squares. Untold legends is an action RPG like diabolo. Although it is very easy to complte the main story. HP and MP potions drop very readily so you can basically spam the potion button if things get hairy. It does have a multi player feature and a lot of the skills you can learn have secondary effects to party members but unless you know someone that also has a PSP its not going to happen too often. And as far as I can tell wireless routers does not allow it to search out over the internet for other games. And I have spiderman 2 since it came with the system. EDIT for tails' post PSP has some kind of wireless system in it(might be Wi-Fi not sure, hardly use it) that can connect with wireless routers. It can also be hooked into the computer with a special type of USB cord since it doesn't have the typical slot for it. And the internet ability came after the inital launch, I had to update the PSP's software to get it. |
