Now, I like release games as much as anyone, cuz what's the point of a system without games. And I understand that sometimes games are released earlier than competitor's so they can get the money into their pockets first. But what in the hellish world would cause a game to ship before a SYSTEMS' release date. Yes, Urbz:Sims in the city is coming out Nov. 16th. And the DS: Nov,. 21st ...... Yes, so, I understand all the above reasons. But isn't this pushing it? Secnd thought- This does allow flashcart makers to study the internal workings of the cartridge earlier than expected..... |

Well, if it comes out before the DS releases, that would mean it would be the first, it would be before the first because the DS isn't out yet when it is released and thusly not playable on the DS so that would be it couldn't be for the DS because the DS has yet to release. I believe that Maxis did this so they could get even more sales and give consumers chances to get The Urbz quicker before they disappear after the release of the DS. But I do believe they practically did it for a head start on making ROMs and pirated-related things quicker.
<_< Odd. All in all, yes, that is VERY DUMB. Are you sure that date is accurate? Like, at all? Maybe that's just when they'll start making advertisements or something. Out. |

There's your answer. Yea, releasing a game that early is pretty dumb. And what's even dumber is how the game being released is The Urbz, lol. |
