Hello, Curt-- I'm interested in talking with you about your Ginzu groomer. A number of families in our area are avid nordic skiers. Between us, we own and maintain a goodly chunk of acres and have developed our interconnected woodlands/fields with a network of trails, dragging and grooming for years with decent results, but using homemade drags and groomers. We've reached the ages where we have [ a little] more disposable $'s and are in the search for such a groomer as the 60' Ginzu. A downside to yours is that its in WY, and we're in Maine, but I've made other long distance equipment transfers work for our various farm equipment needs over the years. Our xmas tree trucker has lots of connections we can exploit, and he likes to help us make these things work! Email me fpr My phone # , email= nutkin@uninets.net, if it's still available, would like to talk with you about it. Have looked closely at the same rig, I think, at the Univ. of Maine, 25 miles from us. A friend of ours is in charge of it on the campus forest's trails, etc. and the last I talked with him 2 yrs. ago, he was happy with its performance. I had given it a thorough look-over at that time, and thought it could compete with the Tidd Tech rigs I'd been looking at to do similar grooming. Look forward to talking, Len Price, Newburgh, ME |
