As I was lifted our old Ginsu up so as to put it on its side and knock the frozen slush off its comps I noted cracks in its frame. These tabs hold the tube on that runs across its back and hold the pan and its actuator. Hummmm one was held on with so little material I’d guess it would have fallen off during the next few times out. This Ginsu is about 7 or 8yo and made from steel tubing which is about 1/8” thick. I’ll attach one photo of the crack and another of the gussets we added to reinforce this area. The hole in the gusset is for the electrical wiring.
