Apology first-these will be listed in the "for sale" area, but thought I'd mention it here for the XC ski groomers. With the addition of our Grizzly ATV for grooming, we'll no longer be able to use the goose neck hitches we have for our Ginzu and Tidd Tech G2. We'll have 2 G2 goose necks for sale and one Ginzu gooseneck. I believe Yellowstone charged us $600 for the hitch and Tidd Tech is around a $500 option. I'll post photos of both in the for sale section. We love goosenecks for snowmobile grooming-they allow the weight to be set right behind the seat for better distribution and you can back up and jackknife the drag and turn right around. That is so handy when getting to an intersection or stuck on a climb. Wish we could use them, but they will not clear the back of the ATV.

Does this mean that you are switching your grooming fleet entirely over to ATV(s)? With three goosenecks and a G2 and a Ginzu, I was wondering if you used to have a couple of Skandics that you are now switching out completely to an ATV, or multiple ATVs.

That says a lot for the ATVs.

I might be interested in the gooseneck for the Ginzu. Our club was going to order one - I'm not sure if it's been ordered yet. I'll find out tomorrow.

It fits the newer aluminum Ginzu, right?

I may also be interested in the Ginzu gooseneck but will defer to tkolson first. Ours are the newer aluminum Ginzus. How old is the Ginzu gooseneck?

TO-
Let me know on the Ginzu gooseneck-I can bring it up to RL too to save shipping. -arly- sorry about the price there I quoted-that is what the county forestry dept. told me they paid-I'll contact them and see what they want to ask for it-yep, I'm the middle man again.

It is for the newer Ginzu, the alum one, it is a 2007 model.

And, no, we're not changing all over to the ATVs, we have 2 skandic SWTs and the Grizzly now (which will be our primary machine)....the grizzly can only use a non-goose neck, so in order to use our Ginzu, G2 or Yellowstone roller with it, they all need the same hitch. Like I wrote before, I really love the gooseneck for a snowmobile, but we need to be able to use the G2 in deeper snow and the Ginzu for most grooming duties, and sometimes both units out at the same time to make quicker work of grooming the whole trail system.
