If your talking about the Tucker, some divers attached air bags to the Groomer and floated it up. Then a 10 Wheel tow truck pulled it out. It's at the nearest Tucker dealer now being looked over. |

Is "Get Well Soon' cards approiate "Sorry for your loss" Seriously, good luck with keeping the $$$'s at a minimum. Glad the operator made it out. There was a groomer up here, about 8-10yrs ago that did the same thing. I think he went down in over 50ft of water, had to wait until the machine hit bottom, then swam to the light gray area in the darkness. Fought his way thru the ice chunks, and a sledder was right there and gave him a ride to warmth.

Actually I was wondering about the Pisten Bully in drmillers post. He never updated as to how they got it out. I know our neighbor club lost their Pisten Bully and the bill came to around $80,000. |

Strange how someone would think it funny that another club would have $80,000 damage to their groomer. It has been turned in to insurance but doubtfull they will cover it. |

well, it is out. http://www.ktvb.com/news/localnews/stories...r.2fc310fa.html it is a LOT of work to get one of these out. My hat is off to the local guys that donated their time and equipment to fish this thing out. We are hoping it is totalled. It sure is a long walk when something goes wrong. |
