Thierry Alibert clearly hasn't got a clue what he is doing in the video ref truck... How on earth can he give a try to Castleford for an offside when Mornaghan went through.

Even more striking is Thaler looking extremely irritated by the incompetence being shown by the video referee decision.

Even more striking is Thaler looking extremely irritated by the incompetence being shown by the video referee decision.
Alibert as an on field ref was mediocre at best so seems to have transferred his competence to his off field duties. One can understand Ben Thaler - a great ref - feeling let down
