Barnet aren't in any danger, although Hartlepool are, big time. |

I would in a way rather we had Kettle then Hartlepool despite us having the title to compete for. I have a massive softspot for them and am suprised the powers have appointed him on that game although our season isn't over yet but probably is!! Delighted for Handley, had him early this season and was very good. How has he been in recent weeks? |

I saw Kettle recently and direct you to my thread in General Discussions on his performance for Crawley v Leyton Orient. I stress he was very good and so he has probably been given this big match as a result of such good displays of late. |

Never in my wildest dreams would I consider being sent to Hartlepool a reward for anything ! |

You are a very lucky man getting a Kettle show that didn't turn into a Lottery!! |

Bizarrely, I've seen Kettle have many more good games than bad ones. He was almost faultless at Gillingham v Rochdale in November. |

A decent enough performance from Mark Brown and team in the Crewe Alex v Leyton Orient game this afternoon. However, given the absurdly one-sided nature of the game, I think it would have been difficult for Mark to have had anything but a decent game. Some hand-bagging in the 2nd half which took Mark a while to sort out but that was about it. My sympathies go to all the O's fans who made the journey north, this was quite the worst performance I have ever seen in 55 years of attending FL games, and it is difficult to see things getting any better in the NL next season, given the present setup at the club. |
