Hello. I am trying to replace a torn cv boot on a 2000 vw jetta 2.0 standard. I took my car apart and have ran into an issue. All of the cv boots I find have an opening too small to fit onto my axle. It is the passenger side axle and I measured it out to be about 24mm where the boot sits. All of the boots I find are only around 20mm. I am getting frustrated because I need my car fixed but do not know what to do. I also realized (not sure if this is important) but I do not have the triple roller cv joint, I have the 6 ball joint on the axle. Is there anyone who knows if there is a bigger diameter cv boot that I could get somewhere? Its getting frustrating.
