91 Passat Hard Time Starting in Hot Weather; any ideas

Hey, so i have a 91 Passat GL, 2.0, its having a really hard time starting in hot weather, but in cold it runs like a champ, any ideas what it could be, major issue or na so much.

sounds like an injector issue. (if your coil, and wires and such are all in good working order)

New coil, new dist. cap and rotor, could probably use new spark plug wires, and see if that helps

This is classic cis hot start problem. you are loosing fuel pressure possible causes are leaking injectors/cold start valve,bad fuel accumulator,check valve in pump. does your fuel pump cycle with the key? if so next time it wont start cycle the key off and on to build fuel pressure and see if that works.this is very common to all cis cars.

i had this same prob with my cis passat it turned out to be a leaky injector
