drilling it out is just as easy, if you use a bit that is slightly smaller then broken valve and dont go to deep so you dont mess up the valve seat, it will come out with some patience. going to p n p is the easist but if you want a bit of experience for future mishaps, it doesnt hurt to try. dewalt drill bits are awesome for such a job. you can get a rough depth gauge by putting the bit in one thats already out and mark the depth on the bit with a piece of tape.

u can also try to get a left hand drill bit. sometimes if you're lucky they will twist the broken piece right out. |

just be extra careful if you're replacing your caliper that the brake lines don't snap as well...if the valve was in crappy shape the lines my be too. Happened to me, ended up having to replace brake line and caliper but luckily it was a front

if you're really cheap, just bleed the caliper from the brake line.. that said, I've also lost friends to shitty brake jobs, so it all depends how much 'life insurance' is worth to you. |

ya i grabbed a bleeder from lordco, now its just remove the old and in with the new then bleed all 4 and hopefully no more mushy brakes!!!!!!! "u can also try to get a left hand drill bit. sometimes if you're lucky they will twist the broken piece right out. " ....... perfect i thought about that and a guy offered me one to buy for $25, i knew i should have picked it up when he offered. ha ha wow |
