Hello, everyone. You've probably seen it, but Kamille and I have taken up the endeavor to make sure that the Blu-Ray version of Shin Mazinger Shogeki! Z-Hen! finally gets subbed. We're doing this because the TV release is missing some scenes that were only included in the BD. We're using the subtitles of the Spanish DVD release, and we're checking against the currently available TV release subs from Gattai, but we could use a dedicated editor for the project. Kamille is doing the translation, we have someone by the name of Tsuntsun Moon doing the TL check, and I myself am timing all the subs and making sure everything is in proper order. While we're trying to put in 120% on this project, this is still our first time and we could use the support if any of you are willing to help out. If you'd like to help, just PM me here or e-mail me at srweternity@gmail.com. Here's the links to the first episode and the ass file. RAW: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=rqw4dllz SUBS: http://www.mediafire.com/?ku6o47wub88mu52 NOTE: If there are any older series that have semi-accurate dubs/subs available in Spanish or Arabic, then suggest them! I speak Arabic fluently and Kamille is familiar with different forms of Spanish. If the project interests us, then we don't mind helping out while we wait for the DVD rips of Spanish Shin Mazinger. |

He explained it already, the BluRay version has additional scenes not included in any current release. Good project! |

As Picard noted, there are additional scenes in the bluray version, but another reason is because of the overall improvement in quality. Are you familiar with Legend of Daikyu Maryu Gaiking? That series had a lot of animation and art errors in the show, but they were fixed in the DVDs. While Shin Mazinger was not as bad, there were a few big errors in the show. Additionally, one of the sub groups that did Shin Mazinger included missing scenes that were aired in the Japan-only stream. The problem? They're REALLY low quality youtube-level rips and they look bad. |

Watched and loved the first episode by you guys a lot. Sub and video quality is top notch, and the art corrections/added scenes are really nice. Seriously, thanks for doing this. I sadly can't help you guys in my capacity as a timer, there's too much on my plate for that now. Judging from the first episode you don't seem to need an editor either, so all I can offer are some simple QC services, if needed at all. There's no need to hire me though, I'm just as happy with as without the job, so if you've got someone else please use them instead. |

In all honesty, I could use an editor. I'm always worried I missed something. I don't want to end up messing up on anything. If you'd like to help out, then e-mail me. Kamille told me that he's almost done on the subs for the next three episodes, so I could use someone to look things over and check for mistakes. |

I get where you're coming from, always nice to have someone not already overworked from slaving on the subs to take a fresh look at them. Experienced that with Xabungle enough. Depending on how long it takes to finish up Daitarn, I can help out tomorrow or Friday night. I'll contact you. |
