On rewatch, you're right about a lot of those overlapping lines. I fixed those and some more, I must've been in a lazy mood when I watched this one. 4:53 : But I'm leaving this one because there's too little time between these too and the next sentence to make for easy reading when timed separately. 11:34 : Is Soldiers supposed to be capitalised? > Yeah, in Daitarn "Soldier" refers to the lowest Meganoid class of rebuilt and memory wiped humans, not just guys with guns on a payroll. Much like how we need to capitalize Civilians or Innocent in Xabungle, to show there's a difference with the normal usage of the word. 22:14 : Guess you didn't like my Gigemgigem bobo no surikirezuuu ![]() About this sequence(jp>it): 18:13 : That's all in the past! > Why are you telling me now? 18:18 : Because they were my dreams! > Because it was a beautiful memory to me! 18:19 : That you have now shattered! > That you have now ruined! I changed 'Because they were my dreams!' to 'Those were my dreams!' to make it flow better. To be honest though, I like the Italian interpretation of this scene a lot better... would you mind leaving that in? I never thought the anime 'And that is my dream' talks worked so well in English. Banjo never showed much care for still becoming a magician like his kid self wanted, so saying that dream was suddenly ruined is a bit weird. The beautiful memory works better, I think. Also, if you didn't have a release picture yet, how about this: http://img576.imageshack.us/i/27promo.jpg/ Awaiting approval before mux n' upload. |

Yeah sure, I wasn't quite sure on the phrasing of those bits themselves. Ready for upload I say. |

Episode 34 is done too, I'll post it along with 35 later. It's the much anticipated return of Giant Moonsaws! Buncher once again makes an appearance (see, even the staff must've loved him), and Daitarn is revealed to be a MegaRobot. |

Can't help it, I just love my job! Not to mention SCIENCE!'s speed providing extra motivation. Will finish the rest of 35 tomorrow. There were a few funny he/she mixups at the start, but a giant translation note cleared it all up! It felt like the Italian sub had a lot more lines differing from the Japanese than usual for this episode. I enjoy improvising a bit in those cases, sorta exciting to see which of my lines actually make it in the release without Star shooting them down! |

Episode 35 too makes use of some characters and conventions from a previous episode, namely the one with Commander Franken from the Meganoid correction division. Another great episode that manages to slip in every anime-ninja stereotype, including a giant summoning performed by...!! 34+35 http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?zhoi2ewuway Awaiting script uploads of 36 and 37 from SCIENCE!! |
