usually i don't notice more than a couple lines being off per ep, and they're not very far off the mark anyway (and my subs aren't perfect either). but if you want a more literal jp->eng translation, feel free to do it yourself. i'm happy with /m/anly's work and am glad someone's trying in any case ^^

Seconding this. The differences are usually minor but carrying the same tone. And missing the odd line does happen even in JP->EN subs.
Can do: whatever needs doing

I think it all comes down to the simple fact that we're getting good subs here, there's nothing else out there for the series, so nobody can *really* complain. Surely someone could do a JP->EN translation in the future for more accuracy or whatever, but until then I'm sure we're all happy with this. B)

Thanks for the great releases of these 'classic' anime.

MU has removed the .mkv of episode 16, is there any chance that it could be re-released?

Already taken care of. Check the release blog (here), first MU link. It's in a RAR file to prevent MegaUpload from spotting it again, but you only need to unrar it.
