Does anyone here use the Zapper to play FPS games? I've been playing around with Call of Duty: World at War and Modern Warfare Reflex to see if I suck less at the Wii versions of these games than I do at the Xbox/PS3 versions. Both games said they were "Optimized" for use with the Zapper so I tried it. Man, it felt clumsy and uncomfortable to me as I kept getting lost trying to hold the thing, aiming and firing, while at the same time moving my thumb around to try and find the A button to run or find the + to throw a grenade or find various other buttons for actions. I didn't try the Perfect Shot as I believe I would have the same problem, maybe worse, with trying to find all the buttons on the Wiimote with my thumb. I'm just curious.... does it just take a lot of practice to use the Zapper and then it becomes a really fun way to play a game or is it really not worth the effort of trying to use it? The Zapper worked well with House of the Dead, but seems to be really clumsy for an FPS game. --------------------- R4 3DS Acekard 3DS 3DS flash card Edited by Claudia Cinnamond, Mar 24 2011, 03:49 AM.
