The same rules are going to apply to this contest as well. For the contest to start, the total forum posts has to hit 4,500. Other than that, complete the form and PM me your answers with the topic headline, "BAD COMPANY - 'yourusername' " 1. NAME THE GAME: name all the games in the picture below. 2. Tell me the thing you like most about Bad Company... make it as detailed as you can! 3. Make 25 quality posts 4. If you won, tell me which platform you'd like the game on (Xbox 360 or PS3) 5. Make up something that would look good on a grenade pin. A phrase, a picture... as long as it's not a happy face, it'll be accepted! That's it! The only catch is that 10 people have to enter for someone to win; other than that, it's up to the community to initiate the contest. Keep in mind that Admin posts do NOT count towards post count total. Deleted original post, here are my thoughts on the demo - releasing June 5, 2008 for everyone else. Battlefield: Bad Company is quite possibly one of the best FPS's I have ever played. No that's not an exaggeration, this game is epic. Believe me when I say I don't get too excited over games coming out. From what I've seen in the demo: 1. Vehicles handle very well. Range from swamp boats, helicopters, heavy tanks, light tanks and humvees. They still need some tweaking. Tanks are quite powerful, helicopters have ridiculously weak armor. 2. Single Player seems pretty great so far. Characters are very well fleshed out - adds humor and personality to the game, unlike most FPS. Story line seems interesting. 3. Class balancing? 5 classes available in the demo. Demo, Recon, Specialist, Assault, Support. All seem fairly well rounded, except for a few small issues. Demolitions is by far the weakest - Stinger missiles do piss for damage, and the land mines rarely come in handy, and are difficult to place. Support's long machine gun does 0 damage, you're better off throwing stones at the enemy. Sniper hit detection isn't 100%, but it's close to perfect. Team killing is still an issue, hopefully this will be addessed. The game is slightly too fast paced. You will die, there is no such thing as going 30-0. The spawn system needs some tweaking, I have spawned underneath tanks and died instantly. 4. Destruction. It's true, I'd say roughly 70-80% of the environment is completely destructible. After a while, the defense is inevitably pushed back because there is literally nowhere to hide. The assault class is fast paced to play as, since the grenade launcher can create limitless paths through alley ways and buildings. Edited by PANZ3RG, Jun 4 2008, 05:35 PM.

If anyone has tried it, they know it's the best shooter so far this year.... In my opinion, anyway. Can't wait for the final game! I guess MGS4 will tie me over until this beast hits the 360.

Anyways, anyone who hasn't tried the demo, now is the perfect chance. They just put up enough servers to handle 50,000 capacity, so the lag has been greatly reduced.
