According to sources there, the PlayStation Store is finally getting a graphical user interface overhaul, one planned to arrive alongside Gran Tourismo 5 Prologue on April 15. The revamp of the PlayStation Store is said to give it a look more in tune with the SingStore, pictured above, which is already accessible from the PlayStation 3 version of SingStar. Details were light on the change, but beyond a coat of paint, word was that navigation would change to a series of icons running along the bottom of the interface. We don't have official confirmation on this one yet, so consider it rumor for now. UPDATE: The PS3 DuelShock 3 (with RUMBLE!) will also be shipping along side GT5, so you know... get one, cause Rumble is awesome!!!! I for one think that the current PS Store really sucks. It's hard to get to where you want, and it's built like a PC browser, which actually seems to run on the same peripherals. Long story short, we can look forward to a redesign heading this April along side Grand Turismo 5. Yessss. Thoughts? I know I'm not the only one that dislikes the store.... Sure, the content is GREAT, but the core template is death.
