This thread is used for posting the games you'd like to be on the Xbox Live Arcade. Don't forget to tell us why you'd like them to be available, and any past times you played the title. I'd like to see some of the following games: -Road Rash (Franchise) -Streets of Rage (Sega) -Heli-Attack (an online Flash Game; like that new Tank Sidescroller) -Chess -Checkers -"Cards" -- A game that includes titles like Crazy Eights, War, Speed, and a bunch more. What about you guys? Any classics that you'd like to see on the arcade? -Rocky |

I'd like to see the "Storm" series of games (ie: Jungle Storm, Island Storm.) They were a birds eye view series of games where you flew mostly helicopters, you flew and drove other vehicals in later titles. I loved them! What was the best about them was that they were cooperative, which really made it even more fun. |

Checkers? Seriously? I have been crying out for Boogerman, his platforming a perfect addition, since the launch. But alas, no one hears my plea. |

Wow, I had completely forgot about Boogerman! That game was great , disgusting, but great. Somehow that also reminded me of another old Genesis game I used to play, Zombies Ate My Neighbors. That's a classic in my eyes, of course any old game that has a fun coop mode is! |

Wait a sec, Rock. First Checkers, now Batman Returns? ACME Allstars? Dr. Robotniks Mean Bean Machine? Is it April 1st already? Robotniks Mean Bean Machine? Are you still suffering through the flu? Or do you have an inaccurate memory of these games? |

I still play Bean Machine on the Sega Classics for Gamecube, so HA! I need to grow up one of these days, but until then, I'll stick with my old school sega games with no loading times....

I am against anyone growing up, but a sh** game is a sh** game. Dr. Robotniks Mean Bean Machine was a great idea. But it was not a good game. |

Dude, i remember Vectorman. That game was hard. I always played it at those old day care places and pretended i knew what i was doing. Then, i actually bought it then sold my sega about 2 months later for an N64. Paper Mario was the best game of all time. The newer GC edition sucked. |

Microsoft asked Treasure if they're interested in porting over Radiant Silvergun - one of the best games for the Sega Saturn.

It was ready to deploy but Microsoft and Nintendo couldn't agree on financial divisions.... so lame. Just give Nintendo the money, and make the fans happy! JESUS. |

the zeldas. the final fantasys. I'd say some RTS's but I find that trying to do them with a control sucks vs a keyboard/mouse. |

Umm... Goldeneye (for the Nintendo 64) was developed by Rare. Does Nintendo own Rare? If MS wanted to have that game ported over that to the Xbox LIVE Arcade... I would think it would be relatively simple - unless Nintendo paid millions (for an old game) to have it exclusively for their consoles only! |

I'll tell you THE game that needs to be ported to the Xbox LIVE Arcade: Tutankham. The best version ported to a game console was the one for the ColecoVision (which I still own)! The others were horrible (not that the CV version had bragging rights). With the modern game consoles these days having twin analog thumbsticks... it could play JUST like the original arcade version (the "flash" button would probably be either of the triggers). I played the game REPEATEDLY until I was able to finally finish the 4th level (the game would then start from the 1st level again, but be harder). I loved that game!! On the Goldeneye subject, Rare did start on a port of the game for the Xbox Live Arcade, and nearly finished it. But, while they did develop the original title back when they were owned by Nintendo, they did not hold the license for it. That is still with Nintendo, and Nintendo's not letting it go. But, Rare does hold is the IP holder of Perfect Dark (of course, since they put out Perfect Dark Zero), which was really just an enhanced version of Goldeneye, minus the James Bond IP. And the original Perfect Dark is coming to the Xbox Live Arcade. |
