Well, the time for all that frustration is over.... Starting now. Using my own methods, I met a guy who works for the Microsoft customer support department who is quite possibly one of the most helpful people I've ever had to speak with on the phone. (And trust me, I'm experienced with dealing with retards on the phone). Not only did he overnight me a pre-packed shipping box for my Xbox 360, he called me every time there was a new update on the status of my xbox. No joke, after speaking with outsourced phone centers for 2 weeks, the entire repair process after speaking to my guy took about 6 days. I don't even know how that's possible. Don't ask me how I acquired such an amazing contact, let's just say I told him I was so impressed with his help, I'd refer all my friends with busted Xbox's. So, in return for his generous efforts, I offered him job security. And this is how I'm repaying him.
