like always, good luck to all Illinois bands. However, I'd like to individually pull for VJ to do really excellent as this will be their director's final performance with the group. Good Luck!

I can't decide if that 2nd block or the 4th block is more epic. You always forget how awesome of a lineup this is until you actually see it laid out.

Avon FTW, anyone? Heck yes.

9:00 Brentwood, TN
9:30 Carmel, IN
10:00 Lake Park, IL
10:15 Centerville, OH
10:45 Center Grove, IN
11:00 Avon, IN
11:30 Union City, TN
12:30 Castle, IN

2:00 Father Ryan, TN
3:00 Ben Davis, IN
3:30 Lincoln-Way East, IL
4:00 Marian Catholic, IL
4:30 Lawrence Central, IN

We could probably see any of these bands in finals. Should be a nice line up.
Best of luck to all of the IL bands competing this weekend.

I bet Castle makes it in. LWE, not so sure. They would have to really, really kick it. Same with VJA. If they can really really kick it in these next two weeks, they could possibly sneak in.
In Heaven, everything is fine.

I have to say, haven''t seeen LWE except for vids but I only live a few minutes from castle and have been able to see them in person several times. They are great. I see them getting in. I don't get to IL to see any of the bands anymore so I have to rely on vids and the postings here to get my fix of IL marching

As of right now, Castle is questionable to me, because they didn't make ISSMA State Finals in Class A. That's why I have them on the bubble.

Castle may not be as strong as they have been in the past, but you also have to keep in mind that the depth of competition with in the Class A semi-state in ISSMA is great and may be one of the toughest competitions in the country. But, I do agree that they would be on the bubble at this BOA Regional.

This lineup just reminds you how absolutely ridiculous the Midwest is when it comes to marching band... Good luck to Illinois bands! Represent us well!

saw LWE at Louisville...They looked solid to me. A bit too many props for my liking and they are a lot smaller than in previous years (obviously due to the split).

I'm thinking that due to their ISU finals placement, they're working like mad this week in practice to try and improve for BOA.
