I hate the fact they took out the ride. Seeing the platform to me is more of a slap in the face.

A new Wipe out would not fit in that spot using the old platform. they could though have kept the lights and worked then into he ride area.

I'm thrilled they are getting such an impressive water slide addition. but they need to focus on the dry park in 2013.

I agree there is extra room that it couldve been worked in... But also you have where chippers dome is... The 180 dome.. Those places could all be used for a new wipeout or even any sort of decent sized flat

Could someone tell me where the attractions will be located! Is it in area #1, #2, or #3?

I'm almost positive that it will be in area #3. Area #2 is not even in lower Splashwater Kingdom where they have said it would be, and area #1 is too small I think, and its kinda out of the way, although I could see them going thatway with something else, something smaller.

yeah area 3 has the best flow with the rest of the park. But it would also further isolate the Comet. I really wish they had some flats in the general area that 3 covers.

From the news reports it likely to go into the #3 area. just behind the Play structure. as for flats the #2 area i don't really see it your up a hill from comets entrance and that might put people off. But were I do want to see a flat is the Plot of grass in #3 in front of comets entrance. Woudl love to see either Flying trapeze move or a new Flying swing put there.
