Move SFNE area

 I noticed that the SFNE area of the Forums is a bit dead. I think this may be partially because it's buried in the Other parks section for the forums. I think it may be a good idea to move SFNE out to the main list so you'd see SFNE, Other parks, Trip reports. might help give it some life.
