Wow, I haven't been here in ages. The place looks great.

Anyhow, I've had a lot take place in my life the last few months. My wife and I relocated to Tallahassee, FL in December for me to take a new job. I'm now teaching Computer Networking and Security Management for a small University in Tallahassee. Shortly after we moved here we found out my wife is pregnant as well. So basically I have no free time anymore and don't forsee any for quite a while. I've come to the sad decision to sell off all of my D&D books. I sold off about half of them on Fixxxer's forum, but I've still got a few left. Here's my list.

The Players Handbook
Monster Manual I
Dungeon Masters Guide
Complete Adventurer
Complete Arcane

Each one is $15.00 plus shipping which has been right at 6 dollars for basic shipping. If you're interested in any of these, e-mail me at kcnole@gmail.com or let me know here. If these aren't sold within a couple of weeks they're all going on e-bay.

I hope this is ok Kismet, if it's not just let me know.

I've also got the entire Wheel of Time Collection up to the latest book mixed in hardback and paperback. If anybody would like to make an offer on that collection I need to get rid of it as well.

:D I'm glad you like it! We've missed you here, though we know how real life gets in the way of all sorts of shit.

I was wondering something about the following books:

The Players Handbook
Monster Manual I
Dungeon Masters Guide

Are these 3.5 versions? Just so we know.

This is just fine, though I'm sorry you'll have to get out of gaming. I hope the new job is going really well.

yes, they're 3.5 so most of you probably already have them, but if you're looking to get someone a gift they're in great shape. Also if someone is wanting to buy all three of them, I might be willing to discuss dropping the price a bit for a package deal.

Congratulations on your new job and the new addition to your family! It saddens me that you're giving up gaming for awhile, but with all the changes going on in your life, who could blame ya?

Interesting that your teaching Network and Security Management. I got hired for a new position in December where I deal with some of that regularly. If you still hang around these forums, maybe we could strike up some discussion about it some time, I have a lot to learn o.O

I'm interested in the PHB and one of the "Complete" books. I'll go do some research and find out what's in them and decide which I would find more useful. I have a brother getting into 3.5 who could use a PHB, so let me talk to him and see if he'll front the money for it. If not I'll just buy it for him anyway, but it'll have to be next week when I get paid again.

If I don't respond in a timely enough fashion, don't hesitate to put them on e-bay, it won't hurt my feelings and I don't want to be responsible for holding you up :P

Congratulations Aladdar! Those are some mighty changes you've had going in your life. I hope you're really happy.

I guess participating in a DnD forum when you can't play anymore is like reading road maps when you can't drive anymore, so if this is a good bye then adieu mon amis! I really enjoyed your enthusiasm, and I know you'll make a great dad.

I'm about to finally put these on e-bay so I just thought I'd bring this back up to the top for anyone here who may be interested before doing so.

In death's eyes sorrow lingered once, seeing her life torn apart
The shackles fell to see her free to walk the earth
In her eyes life is present still, through the day I watch her sleeping
I hold her close forever more

Aladdar's let me know that all of the books he had for sale early in this thread have been sold, so I'm going to close this thread. If anyone wants to sell any books in the future, please feel free to start a new thread!
