So the FF Team has been troubleshooting issues that have been going on for some time with regards to Avatars "mysteriously disappearing" and are trying to come up with some solutions.

But we need your help. To help identify where the issues lie, we'd like you to identify where you host your Avatar from.

For example: ImageShack, TinyPic, PhotoBucket, Supload, Upload from your computer, Hosted on Personal/Paid Webspace

We thank you in advance for your help and support. We're currently investigating the issue and hope we can have this resolved fairly quickly!

After months, months and months (it literally took ages) of arguments, about possible new mods. We kept cutting down the list and finally post polled 3 new mods. We knew we needed more mods(if admins are doing mod work, you know somethings up). Besides it was obvious we needed more. Admins and mods both had equal vote, and dont question why we voted for whom we did, dont question the mods, congratulate them. What i can tell you is that some were picked on experience from other forums or intelligence, great behaivour, basically we knew they could do the job. I didnt just seen a member and say yep i want that person to be mod, i had equal vote, meaining everyone voted.

I was looking at a section of the forum and noticed a line with 250,000 replies. Really? Does the software add right? If so, then this has to be one of the most ACTIVE forums I've ever seen.

Okay, so to put it simply: Do not request an account suspension. Period.

I've had many people ask me to suspend their accounts and then, two days later, request to get their account back.

When an account is suspended, I personally feel that is sending out a message that this member is NEVER coming back to these forums.

If you have exams, you have something going on where you don't want to come to the forums - don't come to the forums. But don't ask for an account suspension. At MOST, you can request a temporary ban - but that is in extreme cases as well.

If you're leaving the forums, your account will be deleted in 2-3 months when a routine "member clean-up" is performed (deleting inactive members). But just in case, yes, inform us that you're leaving - and think long and hard about it, because I'm not going to be happy if I suspend your account and get a request for "unsuspending" it.

I felt I needed to put this out there, because I've gotten at least 8 suspension requests in the span of a week.....and each and every member has requested to come back.

So that's the rule: No suspension requests. If I feel you DESERVE to be suspended, oh believe me, I'll do it. Haha.

FF needs members who are active, unbiased and mature. Members who can moderate the topics of their fav star and help maintain peace and sanity there.

My fight will not be over, until Khalid is removed from his powers. I sincerely didn't know that the isuse of Mahe'z ban was over now. However, how can you guys make some one like him a mod or admin after what he did to her?

What are your justifications?

Therefore, this time let the members decide if they really want to see him the mod and admin or not. Let democracy be the decider for the change.

Yes, Khalid must have informed you guys by now that I bashed him badly on MSN and he must have asked you guys also to take action against me?

However, my question is since when FF has taken the shape of a an unjust powerfuly tryanny?

Mahez gets picked on by Khalid, and for disagreeing with Khalid the poor girl gets banned. And the funny thing is that to hide his trail Khalid deletes his posts right after bashing and banning Mahez.

LOL the funny thing is that Mahez was an asset to FF forum. Losing her is like, losing a diamond. And when Luana tried to defend Mahez she was attacked by Khalid also. Yet again, Khalid deleted his posts to make Luana the criminal.

I have eye witness accounts of such acts. See I was always right about Khalid. It wasn't only Bollywoodkishi after all. His bashing and degrading of members still exist and the banning of Mahez and the bashing of Luana is the proof.

Seriously, if a serious action will not be taken against Khalid then I am going to leave the forum. Many members are already thinking of making another forum because of such injustice and I am the reason why they have not made another forum yet.

If i am going to leave, trust me people this forum will lose its popularlity. On the behalf of all the victims of Khalid, I demand that the banning of Mahez must be removed immediately. And Khalid's moderation and administration powers must be taken away.

Otherwise, a great rebellion will occur against this injustice.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is good to see that finally peace has taken its course on the forums and forums are back to normal. However, I still have reservations about the status of Khalid and Prasad.

1). Khalid:Yes everyone knows that Imran and I hate Khalid. However, right now this is not about me disliking Khalid or any thing. It is about common sense and conventional wisdom. Khalid has the history of bashing members which cause them to leave the forums and in fact in some cases they have suffered depression. Former member of old TB forum BollywoodKishi is the classic example in this case. His views against those people who were not born in USA, Canada or Uk are full of ignorance. Further more, he is not an active member, so why he has given a mod status?

2). Prasad:I always get warned for not respecting other's opinion. However, what about Prasad? Why he has been given a free hand to bash and insult members who are in all sincerity not liking Chak De India? Bollywoodfanatic reviewed Chak De India in all sincerity and he gave Chak De 5/10 rating. That made Prasad flip and he went on to insult Bollywood Fanatic for fondness of Sunny Deol and Other actors.

Imran has promised me not to post in this topic, so don't worry about this topic getting in to a war zone. As the member of the forum, I need to know why Prasad and Khalid are enjoying the royal treatment and on what basis?

Everything is okay now.
