LMAO! Sigh, those were the good old days. Thanks guys. So far today I've made a cake while my son played Nat King Cole classics for me. We even danced a bit. Then he drove me to Best Buy (he's getting his license in a few days) where I bought Prototype for him. It was actually a high school graduation gift - we were waiting for it to come out. Glad we waited a few days though, this one came with a T-shirt. Cate |

Happy Birthday Cate! I bought you a cake! Sorry it's a little late, I was out on a date. Ok so I wasn't, but "I was at a graduation cookout" didn't rhyme. Anyway here's the cake!

Enigma, you always give me the best cakes! Thanks for the good wishes ethomas73 & lubner10. I really appreciate it. God I'm getting old though. Enigma, you'll appreciate the fact that I get to spend this entire upcoming weekend around the original GUNDAMS! The voice actors for the original Vancouver (Ocean) Dub of Gundam Wing that is. METROCON is this weekend and I was promoted this year to Assistant to the Director of Guest Relations. Our Guests include Mark Hildreth (Heero Yuy), Scott McNeil (Duo Maxwell - I get to take care of him personally whoo-hoo!), Kirby Morrow (Trowa Barton), Brad Swaile (Quatre Winner) and Brian Drummond (Zechs Merquise). It should be a fun weekend. For any other anime buffs, take note that Scott McNeil was the original Piccolo from DBZ, Koga from Inuyasha and Waspinator from Transformers /Beast Wars. Brian Drummond the original Vegeta from DBZ and Kirby Morrow was Miroku from Inuyasha and all of them have a ton more credits! Edited to correct the dub info to the VANCOUVER (Ocean) dub. The US Dub was not pleasant! Sorry Chris Sabat - but your Vegeta does not compare to Brian Drummond's. Edited by Ladym_cate, Jun 24 2009, 11:56 PM.

I'm green with envy. Though I have to pretend I don't like New Mobile Report Gundam W because most other hardcore gundam fans also hate it (though I am sure many secretly like it), I liked it. The Gundam designs are some of my favorites, especially the Wing Zero in Endless Waltz. |

Sorry I'm late, been away from the house for a while. Happy Birthday! I played prototype for the first time two days ago, its pretty cool but the storyline is not all that enjoyable in my opinion. |
