Also, here's some fine information regarding the "Housing Bailout" from our Socialist President: Bailout Mania Continues Fresh off his victory in signing the trillion-dollar bailout of Big Government, President Barack Obama today announced yet another big expansion of government to be paid for with your money. Today, President Obama announced plans for a $75 billion bailout of bad home loans. Reports of the plan have varied greatly over the past 24-hours, but the overall point of the program is to allow Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to refinance high-risk loans. Let me just remind you of how we got into this mess in the first place. The government is going to pay to refinance the high-risk, high-interest rate loans of some folks who cannot afford to pay them. What kind of loans are these? Adjustable rate mortgages. Now these are high-risk investments for banks because they were made to folks who could not qualify for traditional loans. In order for the banks to take a risk on these loans, the low initial interest rate periodically adjusts upward. But how did such exotic mortgages come into existence in the first place? Liberal Big Government policies played a huge role in creating this mess. Years ago, leftwing groups, especially ACORN, began agitating to make affordable housing a right, rather than a privilege to be earned through hard work, responsibility and thrift. They started pressuring banks to make loans to risky borrowers. They staged sit-ins and held protests at the homes of bank executives. The Carter Administration used the power of Big Government, through the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), to force the banks to do what no responsible lender would make loans to high-risk borrowers with little hope of being repaid. The CRA was expanded under the Clinton Administration, which pushed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to get in on the act by guaranteeing more and more of these risky loans. All of this government-backed cash for low-income, high-risk borrowers helped to create the housing bubble, and the rest is history. Once again, we are seeing what happens when government manipulates the free market, suspends the laws of economics and tries to address lofty goals. Whenever politicians attempt to substitute their wisdom for that of the market place, the law of unintended consequences comes into play with a vengeance. As usual, Big Government created this mess, and the taxpayers are getting stuck with the $75 billion bill. Oh, by the way, the automakers are also back and asking for another multi-billion-dollar bailout! Right now, the folks who actually pay their bills arent getting anything except for Obamas $13-a-week tax cut. Dont spend it all in one place! |

I love it!
"Now boys and girls, you better not 'piss all that money away' or I might spank you..." Obviously corruption is so bad that warnings need to be issued to our entrusted elected officials to do "the right thing"......and not very many of them even know what "the right thing is".. |

And even though they removed the $400 mil (or was it $4 bil) for ACORN to sign up new Demoncrats, I bet they just hid their kickback under a different heading! How much is going to Planned Parenthood and how much is going to give condoms and "emergency" contraception to school kids and any female (obviously, even though there is no difference between boys and girls since we're all equal, only females benefit from this, go figure ) needing it? Yeah, now that's how we define "shovel ready" Mr. ! Thanks for the handouts, where's mine?

When in Doubt... Google it. Google Everything. I don't care if you have to type a f***ing essay into the search box. The first thing they teach you at school should be Google it. They wouldn't have to teach you much else. "My country is the world, and my religion is to do good" - Thomas Paine | |
