OFFICIAL SEARCH ENGINE.. & BIOS BADBOY..!
You may want to tell us what system your talking about. Are you going to be looking for a PCI or AGP card? It might make a difference.

System,W3052
BIOS V Phoenix Tech.6.00PG
Windows XP Home; V5.1.2600; 512 RAM
AMD Sempron3000+;Version x86;speed...1991MHz

PCI or APG...now I begin to lose it here. What information i see is this:

NVIDIA nForce2 AGP host to PCI bridge
NVIDIA GeForce4MX Intergrated GPU

Money is not much of an option, just looking for the best one for reliable gameing.

You need an AGP 4x/8x Graphics card to upgrade.
