Here's a really good deal on a decent brand 5700. $89 incl. shipping. No rebates.

This is MUCH faster than a stock 5700LE, and is only $10-20 more. It's not the greatest for HL2 because of the DX9/5xxx series issues, but other than that, it's a decent performer, especially at this price.
