I have an emachine T2200 and recently added an Asylum 256 AGP GeForce FX 5200. When I go to boot up, my monitor gives me an error saying: "Over Size " "1280x1024" ... and then my monitor turnes off. I can still hear clicks and stuff when I click my mouse, just can't see anything. If you have had or heard of this please help!!!

Sounds like you have it set the resolution higher than the monitor is capable of. Try booting into safe mode change the resolution to 800 x 600, i think it is the only option in safe mode. Then boot up normally and try setting the resolution to 1024 x 768. |

I have tried that. Safe mode comes up fine, and it says it is at 800x600. |

When you went into safe mode did you check the refresh rate? Set it to 60MHz, and then reboot. |
