NEWBIE
hi, i'm new to the forum, so hi to everyboby. i wanted to ask about upgrading my video card on the etower500is. it has a florida tg/tga motherboard and i couldn't find any info on the pci bus version for this board. i read a reply on another videocard topic that some videocards can only run on pci 2.2 compliant slots. its just that i wanted to get the best videocard that will work on my type of motherboard. any idea as to the pci slot versions? or if you can, please suggest the best videocard that can work with this motherboard, i'm willing to flash the bios if necessary. thanks for any info...
oh by the way, i found out on the web that there's a 300w matx power supply available, just search "arrow 300w matx power supply" on any search engine.its just that i read on another topic that the highest wattage for matx power supply so far that has been found was a 250. thanks again for any help...

OFFICIAL SEARCH ENGINE.. & BIOS BADBOY..!
Here's a link to TD's e4all site.

Look up your motherboard in the links on the left side of the page. He has a real good site with the info your looking for. On your motherboard page use the download link and you can find a manual to your motherboard. I believe it has a PCI 1.0 slot. I don't thinks the PCI-2 was out when they made this board. I'm not sure what the "best" for your system. Take a look and see if it helps.

Cast in the name of God, Ye not guilty.
If I recall correctly the florida c/tg/tga supports PCI 2.1, however most PCI v2.2 spec devices will work work fine.

I have used a Voodoo 4 4500 PCI and Visiontek GeForce2 MX200 32MB PCI with my florida tg with no problems.
