Obama is gonna win becuase one he is a good guy and two this will be the biggest turn out for black voters. I know that might sound harsh but that WILL be the big part of him winning. I and a few others will vote obama way just because of how he carried himself. |

^^^Dont you guys remember the last two elections we had?Supposedly every black voter voted for the democratic candidate and so that was one of the things supposedly guaranteeing them victory. And then look what happened, the media told all of us that Kerry was going to win huge,Michael Moore was putting out movies left and right and Bush was sooo hated and look what happened.Come election time Bush beat Kerry by more than a landslide. The media only tells you one side of the story. And now they are doing the same thing with Obama,he is supposedly getting all the black voters, republicans suck, etc. They make it seem as though he is going to win huge.People can talk the big talk all they want, but then come election time, and you people will be 'shocked' again. My point in telling you all this is that there are millions of Americans who will vote McCain, just because you dont see them on the TV doesnt mean they dont exist. |

Most of the time you would be right. People who normally vote democratic (poor, disenfrachised, and minorities) don't normally vote when it counts, if that were the case, we would never have a republican president exception in cases like 2000, when Gore won the popular election. Why is this different? Obama is black, not a rich white guy. |

I agree with you that he is going to get more black voters. However I do not believe that this guarantees Obama victory like the media would have you believe. |

On either side of the coin. first Female VP or First Black President. Unless a third party blows both away its a safe bet that history will be made. |
