We haven't had a Spider-man show that didn't get canceled in one season in a long time. I didn't see thread for this show, so I figured that many of you might be missing out on a great show. |

There was a preview for this on the "Spiderman: Friend of Foe" game disc. I'm a bit worried that Spiderman will be too obnoxious here. But hey, it can't be all that bad; maybe I'll give it a shot. |

I don't watch Kids WB anymore. it sucks now. They took off all of the awesome shows and replaces them with crappy ones. |

I've heard Kids WB block is going to disappear soon, actually. There are some interesting choices for character designs here; they look almost like Kim Possible people. I wonder what they're going to do with Gwen Stacy; considering her history, including her could be problematic. |

Kids WB has already went bye bye. All of there new shows stink so much. They will never be the same again. I hate the new Kids WB right now. There new line up is horrible. And good. I hope they do disappear for good. |

Upon seeing the season finale, my skepticism is compounded. Mary Jane is at it again dissing Brock from that one brief interaction she had with him; the fact that Brock apparently becomes the lowlife MJ thinks he is makes me wonder if the writers simply want the audience to forget about Brock's past good deeds and Peter's own mistakes. Peter himself doesn't seem to be too shocked about Brock's turn to evil, nor is he really sad about his best friend when all is said and done. Although Brock is still very accountable for his crimes, the fact is everybody at thanksgiving is prattling on about being thankful for friends and family while Brock loses everything, and I can't help wondering if there isn't a self-righteous slant to the whole thing. This reminds me of the Terra arc in the Teen Titans cartoon, but that particular show managed to avoid the pitfalls of the vengeful friend trope. In Teen Titans, Terra initial betrayal was instigated by the Titans, leaving them relatively guiltless, and when Terra did a 180 and tried to off the Titans, Beast Boy and Robin did everything they could to bring her back. And at the end, the show remembers that the audience is supposed to like Terra, and brought her character to the appropriate conclusion. Overall, I feel all the problems with the Brock/Venom thing could've been avoided if the writers spend a little time on reasonable character development. |

They are trying to do what they did with Brock in the Comics, they just did it quickly by making him Venom. It is a short TV season. As for the Teen Titans, read the orignal Judas Contract in the comics, MUCH BETTER than the show. |
