Girl Power!

I watched Sky High today on the Disney Channel.. Its a cool movie if you have 2 hours to waste... The movie is kinda weird but all the twist make it really interesting... Here is a summary plot... >__< I didn't write this:
"It all begins when young Will Stronghold, the son of the two famous superheroes: Steve and Josie, A.K.A. the incredibly strong, seemingly invulnerable Commander and and the high-speed flying Jetstream. However, Will does not actually know if he has any powers of his own, and has not told his parents this. He and his best friend, Layla are facing their first day of a secret school in the clouds like none on earth: Sky High, the first and only high school for kids with super-human powers going through crime-fighting puberty. But with no apparent superpowers of his own, however, Will seems destined to grow up a mere sidekick. But as he discovers his true strengths, he'll also learn that it takes loyalty and teamwork to truly become a hero!"
So have you seen this movie? What do you think about it?

Yeah, seen it while over a friends house helping babysit. It was ok, I guess. xD Didn't see nothing horrible about it. But yeah, I'm going with your opinion.

babies? just put em to sleep..

Its so confusing... There are 2 super hero parents and their son doesn't have powers yet... He just starts 9th grade @ Sky High.. It is a high school in the sky for super hero teenagers... The son (I forgot his name) has a crush on this girl named Gwen who is a senior... Gwen totally hits on him and comes to his house to help him with science class... The son shows Gwen a weapon that the dad and mom kept from a monster that they fought a long time ago.... Gwen invites his parents to the homecoming dance to present the king/queen awards... All of a sudden, Gwen turns into a monster! She was the monster that his parents turned into a baby a long time ago... A villain took care of her for all those years... Her powers are that she can fix things... She fixed the weapons and turned the parents into babies!!!! The son realizes that he can FLY and has SUPER STRENGTH! He beats Gwen, turns all the adults back to normal and everything is OK. >_____<

The Legend Continues...

It was alright for a kid's movie. It reminded me quite a bit of the other Disney movie: Up, up, and Away.

Oooh no, sir. I said the movie was alright, not DVD-Worthy. Titanic and 6th-Sense are DVD-Worthy, but not Sky High.

Up, Up and Away.
"A boy is the only family member without superpowers in this Disney Film. The world depends on him saving his family from computerized brainwashers. Will he realize that it doesn't take superpowers to be a hero in time to help them defeat the villains? "
I never saw it but you're right... They do sound alike...
