I dont care if his Album was signed by the president of the USA, Rap still sucks so bad it isnt even funny, the reason why it went plat X21 is because of all the hispanics and african americans listening to rap who love it and give the votes (While white ppl still do listen, the majority is the blacks). Anyways everyone has a right to an opinion, and I think Rap sucks worse then Opera and Polka Combined. |

I agree with your post PowerPuffGirl99. I hate rap with a passion. It sucks so much. There is no plot and nothing else to it. It's about blacks who got no education swearing there heads off and rapping about drugs gangs rape and murder. Wow that is really awesome music right there. God that is awful. And yet some stupid parents of America buy this crap for these kids. Not smart right there. I for one can't stand rap anymore. I can't. I use to love it back when it was decent. Now it's gone from decent to god awful in matter of a few months and years. I think people who listen to rap are immature. I really do. There is 100 times better music out there than Rap. And YOU can't spell CRAP without RAP. Rap is way past crap is awful nasty music. I only like 1 percent of rap. I don't even turn this radio edit on anymore that is how awful this junk is. So I hope one day this awful music is long gone. I do. |

What are you talking about hispanics and blacks 95% of eminems fan base is white 12 year olds. Why are you even saying hispanics we dont even listen to eminem, we listen to merengue bachata reggaton. Its cool if u dont like rap then don't listen to it and go listen to hannah montanah and hilary duff. ;) and mush is just a hater for real. we all know ur only posting gibberish to get up your post count. have fun getting a zillion posts on a forum thats not even active thats gonna help you in life a lot. I reccomend getting some fresh air outside and maybe even talk to some girls |

I will agree that 99% of rap sucks. However if you take the time to listen to Tupac Shakur,Eminem,Cannibal Ox,or Immortal Technique you will find that rap can be a form of poetry and sometimes an art form.PP99 I really dont feel like pointing out all the flaws in your post but there was really a lot I will tell you that.I respect your opinion but you were wrong on so many many things in that post. As for Eminems fans being 12 year old white kids, that was a very racist comment, and a dumb one at that.If your going to make up a racist comment at least make it funny. Most of America is white, that doesnt mean every white person is 12.Especially when the fact is to get into Eminem's concerts you have to be at least 18 and all his concerts SELL OUT THE ENTIRE STADIUM/BUILDING! My God the stupidity of some people. Funny people would rather argue then to post some of theyre favorite CD's which is what this thread is all about  |

And you have to be 18 to buy an album? Which is what I was saying that most people who buy eminems stuff is 12 year olds. And no its not racist because I bought Encore when I was 12 and The eminem show. Its true because 12 is the likely age kids start really getting into music. From my forum experience I know that. ( Ive been to eminem boards and websites) Most of the ppl say they got into him at 12. |

Before I continue this argument, let me say this.Isnt that the way it is with ALL music nowadays? How many Lil Wayne,Kanye West fans are much much younger than 12 and have gotten into them?A lot I can tell you that.To diss Eminem and say his fans are all 12 year olds is very ignorant.I could say the same thing about every popular music artist.Today the target audience amongst the music industry is aimed at kids from Middle to High School. And Em is popular all over the world so to judge all of his fans off of a couple message boards is very ignorant.Find a better criteria to judge your music. And yes,if there is a Parental Advisory sticker on the CD then you MUST be 18 or older to buy it.Unless its an edited version at WalMart. |

Eh Everyone has their own opinions on music. I guess though I might be wrong, I dont know much about rap as I dont listen to it, its loud and annoying to me, I ADMIT Some rap songs are ok BUT the ones I find to like dont swear your head off and have a good beat to them. Why I dont like rap: It talks about Either Sex, Violence, Rape, Drugs. Hey look I get it The streets are MEAN.... ok what now can you sing about anything else? In most cases for rap songs Ive heard other than tribute songs to shot rappers the answer is No. Anyways Moving On... Traveling Wilburys Vol. 1 Posted Image CLASSIC 1980's ROCK MUSIC. I dont think you can find a better Combo.... Roy Orbison - You can never find the kind of voice he had, its amazing. Tom Petty - Dont Know as much about Him Bob Dylan - He has a unique Voice. Jeff Lynne - Cofounder of the group George Harrison - Former Beatle. |
