I dont know of what anime is in production by Geneon but according to wiki the company had announced that they were cancelling all North American Anime distribution. In October they had also Closed their Fansite. |

Holy Crap, PPG is actually right for once! They hold many Toonami and adult Swim shows such as Paranoia Agent Samuraii Champloo Lupin the Third Tenchi Muyo They also do the animes Appleseed and Hellsing That's too bad when any major anime company goes out of bussiness. I think they had something to do with sailor Moon too.. |

I know it sucks, some anime which I like including: Rozen Maiden and Karin (Chibi Vampire are or if not may be affected. Alot of shows will prob suffer but if we hope will be picked up by Bandi or VIZ media. |

This is from Wiki im not sure its 100% accurate tho. "On August 24, 2007, it had been announced by ICV2 that ADV Films would handle distribution, marketing and sales of Geneon properties on October 1 and that Geneon would still be able to acquire, license and produce anime in North America, but that everything else would be handled by ADV.[4] However, on September 20, 2007, the Anime News Network broke news that the distribution deal between ADV and Geneon had been canceled.[5] Dentsu confirmed the distribution deal as canceled through a press release on September 21, 2007; no details were given other than Geneon and ADV were "unable to reach a mutual agreement." and that "From October 1, 2007, Geneon USA will focus mainly on management of its works portfolio" |

^ i know it DOES suck, it affected 2 animes i liked, Karin and Rozen Maiden. All we can hope for now snake is that another company picks the DVD relesed up. |
