So they can grow up with a cloud around them so that society and buisness can suck every penny and non- conforming thought out of you. Hanna Montana does a great job of it. Miley has really young girls following her (about 5 years old+).. When Miley is an adult (21+), her fan will still be young... I hope even then, she will be innocent and sweet (but that's like asking someone not to grow up..)
