If the site hosts it, Julie can get fined big. For example, a woman allowed 24 songs to be downloaded from her using a torrent site, and she was found out. She has to pay the record industry around 220,000 dollars. Although this hasn't stopped me from downloading 60GB worth of TV Shows and Movies (Although I'm doing it in support of the Writers Strike since they get paid very little for DVDs and not at all for Internet stuff) I know that Tails, you tried to put Case Closed eps up, and a staff memeber told you no, and Mush offered up a link to links of free Movies, and that was also canned I personally don't have a problem with it, because of above reasons.. I prolly should split this topic.. no... your not getting it. look at everyvideogame.com we could get html and put topics in a new section called roms, not on the site linking to this but that one.

I prolly should split this topic.. Games and music are two completely different things when it comes to law suits. Its "no duh" that a record company would sue you, but a game company is more lax on the issue. There comes a point where the gaming company can no longer make money off of specific things, so they no longer care for it. Record companies are just plain jerks, especially those who support rappers... But I feel you shouldn't download anything if you have never owned the original, or plan to not even try buying the original (animes too).
