First he switched to a much more expensive form of animation that was costing almost double what the old animation costed. Then he started hiring voice actors wihtout Nick's consent. Then when Reign Storm was put in production he over spent the budget by over 20,000 dollars He asked the executives for 2 million dollars for advertising Ultimate Enemy. They gave him the money on the grtounds that it would take in over 5 million in the GBA game and Burger King toys. But after paying royalties to THQ and Burger King Nick only made under 50,000. Nick was getting fed up with DP costing so much so they said if BH got merchandisng rights he could continue the show. He tried several companies, but word had got around of DP's marketing failure so they all turned him down. Nick couldn't get him out of his contract so they agreed to let him finish seasons 2 and 3. But they stopped airing episodes frequently and gave it little to no airtime unless there was money invested. And that is the reason Danny Phantom was cancelled. And if you are wondering why FOP was renewed, its because they use an incredibly cheap form of animation that costs less than 1/4th of what DP costs and FOP makes millions in merchandise. And Butch Hartman only worked on ONE Season 3 episode!!!!

Well ,they got renewed for a 20 ep season..., and knowing Nick that can be any time from now to early next year. The Only reason why i think it could be September is that they are probably going to make a satam block in September with the new seasons of Avatar and El Tigre along with the premires of Back to Barnyard and Tak and the Power of JuJu, so just add in FOP and Spongebob and it should be fine(In fact, that's probably what it's going to be, assuming they don't want to air Wayside in a reasonable time slot) and when did i say i wouldn't backseat modding, and what is backseat modding :D jk Mush Butch Hartman was a total moron. He needs to be fired. What he did was wrong. Costing nick millions of dollars for this one show. I hope one day he does get fired for his stupidity. Well Mush, that's why his show got cancelled.., and because FOP is using the 1/4 price animation is why it's back, because it was Cancelled(But because of their Trio of Failures The X's, Catscratch, and Mr.Meaty, it also had a major factor in it..) Snake Dp cancelled = yay maybe they will move on and finally make something new butch hartman = idiot, he should be fired Well, besides the above mentioned shows, they are making a series based on their "Making Friends" shorts, and "Mighty B" which i think is a about a girl scout voiced and created by Amy Poher on SNL Fame. Otherwise i know they got some stuff in the works for Nicktoons, but all i can think of at the moment is once again a show based on their shorts and a new Speed Racer cartoon..

I won't believe it until I see the actual reliable source. It could be true though and I want to believe it since it makes sense. About a year ago, Butch said that he was working on several Nick shows. I don't see any new shows from him so he probably messed up somehow.

Yeah, that post desn't sound professional or reliable. I very much doubt that's the reason DP got cancelled. Remember Invader Zim? Yeah... Animators hate Nick.
