I think we can work with 2 Co-Admins and 2 Mods, and maybe even promoting some mods *No Mod Elections *Mini-Mods=CZC Elite *CZC Elite now has elections every 2 months, mods nominate 5-7 people. Members vote for the elites, and the 2 that get the most get to be Elite *Maybe some rank changes/Deletion of VIP Board *Make the Suggestion and Rule + Policies 2 seperate board(and put graphic request w/ Fanart/FanFic) |

I don't get the mini-mods' purpose. They have only the powers of a regular member, but they can vote and have 5 mini mod=1 staff vote. Too complicated Poll all the CZC Elites online, and then that can be used to see wgat the public thinks about something that is happening CZC elite is a gbetter name anyways :) |

Well, we've tried to make VIP board exciting, but it never works I always think it would fit with Fanart/Fanfic, maybe give that it's own section with Graphic Request, and morph it into 1 board Rules + Policies and Suggestions are sub-boards Well, for the staff, we really don't need so many staff members, especially since many don't come here too often. |

Mod Elections WORK on other forums, they keep the members happy and dont have to be a popularity contest. The mods AND MEMBERS can each have a say in who the new mods can be. Forget the deletion of the VIP board idk why you would want to do that. |

Yes you are right but min-mods arent really staff (not regular staff anyway) Mini-Mods are just a very active member that can do all the things posted in my topic for them |

That is what i am saying. All i want is the active ppl to be elite/min-mods because they deserve it. And i am not really sure about what elites do can someone answer that for me. |

They can open/close topics, which used to be available to all members(Until assorted members abused the privledge) Well, we could make a new rank for elites that really don't come here anymore.. Oh, and hee is a handy little report i wrote up comparing both propsals, enjoy! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mini Mods .vs. CZC Elite: What is better *The Mini Mod Proposal:As put forward by Motor Lancelot Turtle We will elect a council of sorts of 10-20 people, and when there is an issue, such as an assorted old member who complains that the board is evily run or w/e, the number of these “mini-mods” can vote for which option they want on the situation(If Yes or No to ban in this example) and 5 mini-mod votes =1 staff vote. *The CZC Elite Proposal: As put forward by Toon Master We will elect more CZC Elites, ones that are active, approved by staff for nomination, and voted for members(Similar to mod elections). We can elect one per month for a total of 12 per year. They can express their opinion on a situation based on what is going on via pm or by a hidden board that only Staff/CZC Elites can see. *The Differences -Mini Mod adds another rank -CZC Elites have the power to open/close topics, so they also have more purpose for it -CZC Elites involves a board/pm system versus a vote for mini-mods, which the Elite is a little more complicated, it brings opinions to the table and not just a yes/no question(Which also can be bad if a member dislikes a particular member or such) Overall, they are similar concepts, but really, CZC Elite sounds way cooler… ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
