Zetaboards, will be awesome, but will it realistically ever get off the ground? IF has been working on zeta now for 4 years, and keep pushing back the release date. They have been in beta now for over a year. And yes, what I have seen of zetaboards looks really cool, but again they are not reiventing the wheel and there are plenty of other forums and free services that have been doing this for years.

Here is the problem, and one of the reason many people leaving IF for stuff like vbulletin, phpbb, and such.

First, IF is the last free forum system to put in these "great features". Second, if you did not know, IF is run by a guy who is basically a college student who uses IF to make money. When s1 crashed, it took them close to three months to get things to a point where they annouced the glitches could not be fixed from the crash. Brandon who owns the company lives on the opposite coasts that his servers are located, so he relies on other people to try and get things done. Look at yesterday, s2 - 8 were offline for 4 hours, cause no one could find Brandon (that includes this forum).

I believe it when I see it, if you want change that bad, switch to phpbb or vbulletin, their are better forum systems anyways and have conversion mods. Honestly we are thinking about doing that over at TCG.
