Night Shyamalan has signed on with Paramount to write, produce, and direct three live action films based on Nickelodeon's popular Avatar animated series. A potential conflict looms with Fox's just greenlighted James Cameron sci-fi project of the same title. According to Fox, "We own the movie title 'Avatar.' There won't be another film called 'Avatar' coming from anyplace." "The Last Airbender" is a next best title in my opinion. If Shyamalan messes up Avatar, then I would never be able to look at "Sixth Sense" the same way again.
