I have to say I am not and have never been crazy over public staff evaluations. They tend to be either extremely for or extremely against instead of real honest evaluations of the staff, So for this reason I am going to close this now.

You'll still be able to give staff evaluations only it will be by PM to a special account instead.
I've never been a fan either. Also, I agree there maybe some bias in these 'Evaluations'.
However, personally, I dislike this new rule. Members are allowed to post their views freely on every other part of the board and should be given the same right here as well.
They can still post their views but evaluations should be done in a more constructive way. Now people can be as honest as they'd like without fear of what everyone else will think about it.
We're all letter on a screen.
How much more anonymous can you get?
Members should not be afraid to voice their opinions, here or in life.
Doing something like this is....regressive. ><
