Welcome to the New Staff Evaluation Topic. We've had some problems with the last topic so these are the new stipulations for posting an evaluation of a staff member. 1. Acutally Evaluate the Staff member and suggest areas for improvement and possible solutions for improvement. -a. An evaluation is to ascertain or fix the value or worth of something or examine and judge carefully; appraise. -b. When you do evaluate you should have points which you're trying to prove/show. You should have supporting evidence to support your points so that we can help meet a happy medium. -c. Think before you type so as you don't make multiple posts after eachother and create spam. 2. Use understandable english. - Understand we're not in school so things don't have to be perfect, no one expects you to be perfect. -a. We just want it to be understandable and for you to atleast make an effort to make it readable. 3. If you're going to post here don't argue about situations or issues. This isn't the place to whine or agrue that you were warned/suspended/banned. This isn't the place to spam either. -a. If you get out of hand, be prepared to reap the consequences. This may be a warning/suspension, or ban. -b. The Staff have the FINAL say in ALL matters. If they ask you to stop doing one of above said things or to actually evaluate then you WILL stop or be prepared to reap anything listed in 3-a. Now, we the staff know we're not perfect. We're open to improvement and constructive criticism. The better you express your opinions in your evaluation the better we can work together to meet a happy medium. Thanks! -CZC Staff |

^ lol i think now people are too scared to type here now. Anyways i think julie and stryfe have done a great job keeping czc together, I dont see pilaf or desi that much though but i know desi has done some good stuff
^_^ As for the rest of the Co/admin: no comment... Now the mod's Ive seen all the mod's active (excpt for YPG half the time) and doing their job way to go :thumb: . |

I really like how my fellow co-admins really care about how to keep the spamming and flaming under control, not to mention the job they did while Juliefoo was gone. The mods look like they're on their toes as well. They may be a little warn and suspend-happy sometimes, but they did keep things alive, civil, and kicking for quite some time... so I gotta tip my hat to 'em. :w00t: I also appreciate the fact that they are relatively loyal to the board, most of all. They all seem to really care about CZC, and I know that is very admirable and trustworthy of the staff. |

Afterall I live in the opposite hemisphere geometrically opposite to most of you. :p Also, schools started any I have my exams soon, so I expect you will see even lesser of me. Strict? Yes, I'm sorry for the inactivity here at cZone Central. I try to be around atleast once a day, If not more. But when I'm here, I can guarantee I will not Ignore any PM, or Request sent to me. Unless, I can't do the thing that Is asked of, And I'll just send that to a higher power to get done. I'll have to agree, The Staff here at cZone Central Isn't as active as It was when Orbit was around, or when no one had to worry about school, And I apologize for that. Malach just wants to cast his vehement opposition to this. It should be up to other staff, admins, and perhaps a few selected members to evaluate staff, not the entire board. |

Well, the staff doesn't really need t obe as active as it was, so I don't blame people for leavin.. First of All, I think the Contest Team Has to go. It's not that useful, and since there are really no contests. I'm only gonna grade the current staff, the newspapers editors get A-, they do a great job JuliefooJojo87
