Fear me...

I looked and I couldn't find a topic for this, and I know that a lot of people are always wondering how to take screenshots. So, I figured that I'd post a topic for it.

First you should find something you want to take a screenshot of, then line it up so that it's in view.

Next press Print Screen.

Open up any image editting program (i.e. Microsoft Paint, Photoshop, Paintshop, etc.)

Hold CTRL and press V.

Save the image and upload it to an image hosting website, like Photobucket

Finally, copy the image tag, and paste it into your post.

The program i use to caputre images from video is called "Fraps"
I used to have an image capture device that captured images from VHS, but Fraps works as long as you have a drive on your computer that lets you watch DVDs.

http://www.fraps.com/download.php go here to download "Fraps"

Basically, you download it, pop in a movie, and open the program. Have the program running in the background, and press the key you set to get screenshots. It's self explanitory.
The program is very simple ^__^

Nah, it dosn't take screenshots of czones, it does take pictures from windows media player, and any other player you use to watch movies and stuff though.

If you go on the "Screenshots" tab of FRAPS - It will say "Folder to save screenshots in" -- select the folder you want, and the "Screen capture hotkey" I set to the letter "C" So whenever i press "C" While watching a movie, it will save to the folder that i selected! Easy!

And no, I have not gotten any viruses because of Fraps.

No, Frozen Ice meant the normal screenshot part because everyone is always asking "how do I post my czone" in the czone topic.
