For the first link, you can use MS paint to find out the RGB value, by clicking on "colors" and then "Edit Colors". Then click "Define Custom Colors>>" And you'll see a color matrix. You can choose colors and greys, and on the side you can choose brightness. The second link works like the forementioned color matrix.
