The more advanced and equipped, the more elaborate your images will be. You can using something as simple as Paint, which comes with Windows or something advanced like Adobe Photoshop. There are many programs out there. Here are a list of a few: *Microsoft Paint *Jasc PaintShop Pro *Ulead PhotoImpact XL *Adobe Photoshop *Adobe Illustrator *SmartDraw Q- How do you create "moving" (animated) images? In addition to an image editing/graphic program so that you can create what you want to animate, you will need an animation software. Different softwares work a little differently. There are many out there but here are a list of a few: *Adobe ImageReady *Jasc Animation Shop *Ulead GIF Animator *Animagic GIF Animator *Animation Master *Macromedia Flash Remember the good old flip books? Well, created an animated image is just like that. You need to think layers. Like a flip book, on each page, a little something to drawn different and in the end, when you flip the pages, it will appear as though the drawing is moving. It the same deal with animating images. Each layer shows movement. If you wanted a picture to blink, you need to layers. One layer, the eyes are open. The other, the eyes are closed.
