Anime is a dying fad in US. I think the focus should be animation (instead of Anime), pop-culture, and other stuff you said.

lol a dying fad? Not even close, tens of thousands of people goto anime cons across the USA as well as a good market for it. Anime isnt dead its you people not being into it.

What I would do?

LET CZC DIE ALREADY AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIVES! lol Yes we had fun, there were great times but its all a memory now.
