Not fully saying that it is fine, but some of these ''scams'' are easy to tell that they are scams just by reading the RS rules, for example (had this one happen) ''Can i try on your d legs, i want to see how they look on me'' now this was a friend of mine on RS, at the time i didn't know his account got hacked and this was just some hacker/scammer trying to steal something from people on this person's friend list. I didn't give him anything and he kept asking, it isn't hard to tell if something like this is a scam. The scammers deserved what they got, but just about all scams are simple ''i will make your armor gold tinted'' if it is a amulet, person may have said ''i will enchant your amulet to make it stronger'' Players really need to realize there is alot of scammers out there that will try every trick in the book to get a item from you. |
